CCTFA Advertising Committee

Function: To review and recommend strategies on advertising and claim issues related to cosmetic, "cosmetic-like" drug and natural health products.

CCTFA Audit Committee

Function: To be advisor to the Executive Committee on audit and financial issues.

CCTFA Conference Committee

Function: To provide guidance and augment Association staff capacity in the development and execution of this event.

CCTFA Board of Directors

Function: Represents the overall membership in the development and monitoring of policies as required to safeguard and advance the interests and purposes of the CCTFA.

Function: Represents the overall membership in the development and monitoring of policies as required to safeguard and advance the interests and purposes of the CCTFA Foundation (Look Good Feel BetterŪ).

CCTFA Communications Committee

Function: To act as a media issues group; to network, share best practices, and gather or disseminate information regarding immediate or pending media issues.

CCTFA Compensation Committee

Function: To review and approve compensation policies and salary ranges (per governance guildelines).

CCTFA Cosmetic Regulatory Committee

Function: To review and provide direction on cosmetic issues.

CCTFA Drug/NHP Committee

Function: To work with TPD and NHPD to implement the most appropriate and efficient regulations concerning "cosmetic-like" Drugs and NHPs.

CCTFA Environment Committee

Function: To review and recommend strategies for dealing with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA99), environment assessments with respect to cosmetics and personal care products and VOC issues.

CCTFA Executive Committee

Function: Officers of the Association are accountable to the Board, and are delegated the authority of the Board to act, where permitted by the By-Laws, between regular meetings of the Board. Co-ordinate long range planning for both the Association and the Foundation.

CCTFA Government Relations Committee

Function: To foster and improve relations with Governments at the Federal, Provincial and Regional levels.

CCTFA Investment Committee

Function: To review performance of our investment portfolio and future outlook.

CCTFA Nominating Committee

Function: To review the annual slate of Officers and Directors and recommend, in line with By-Laws and Governance Guidelines, Board candidates.

Look Good Feel Better Ball Committee

Function: To provide guidance and augment staff capacity in the development and execution of this event.

Look Good Feel Better Marketing & Communications Committee

Function: To oversee the communications plan for the Look Good Feel Better Program, providing counsel and expertise during its execution.
